You already served. The instinct that brought you to the uniform did not end with separation. RONIN is a structured re-entry into purpose for veterans and first responders who are ready to lead again — in their own way, on their own ground.
RONIN is not a course you finish. Participants enter the Leadership Hiveand are encouraged to stay engaged for life — mentoring the next cohort, coaching across the three paths, and continuing to lead together. You walk in to activate. You stay because the mission doesn't end.

Join an existing service organization and amplify it. Bring your training, your leadership, your network. Make a good thing better.

Build
Start your own. RONIN gives you the framework, mentorship, and accountability to launch the organization your community needs.

Plant
Deploy the Service Leadership Academy curriculum in your community. Teach the next generation what we forget at our peril.
